Hot dog with tomato salad and radish vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette roll (50 g) to bake
  • 1 (50 g; from the glass) Hot dog sausages
  • 2 (60 g each) small tomatoes
  • 2 Radishes
  • 1/2 (15 g) Spring onion
  • 10 g Cucumber
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 stalks of chives
  • 1 (15 g) coated tablespoon light remoulade (glass)
  • 1 (10 g) coated tablespoon medium hot mustard (tube)
  • 1 (12 g) coated Tbsp light ketchup (tube)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Spray or freezer bag

    Toast the rolls on the toaster from both sides until golden brown. Place the sausages in boiling water, remove from the heat and let them stand. Wash the tomatoes, grate them dry, cut them into eighths and put them into a bowl. Wash and clean the radishes and cut them first into slices, then into strips. Wash and clean spring onion and cut into thin rings. Wash the cucumber and slice into thin slices. For the vinaigrette, beat the oil and vinegar and season with a little salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

    Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into thin rings. Add radishes and chives to the vinaigrette and spread over the tomatoes. Pour the tartar sauce into a piping bag or small freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Cut the roll and put the sausage in the middle. Put tartar sauce, mustard and ketchup on the sausage. Spread spring onion rings and cucumber on the hot dog and sprinkle with pepper. Add tomato salad
