Steak on summer salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Beef hip steak
  • 1/2 TEASPOON dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 mixed herbs (e.g. parsley and basil)
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 75 g mixed green salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix 1 tablespoon of oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Wash the meat, dab dry and spread the oil mixture on a plate. Heat a pan without fat. Fry the meat with marinade in it for 8-10 minutes, turning it over, sprinkle it with dried herbs, take it out, wrap it in aluminium foil and let it rest

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and quarter the onion and cut into strips. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and chop. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir in tomatoes and herbs

    Wash the salad and spin dry. Remove meat from the foil and cut into slices. Mix salad, paprika, onion and vinaigrette and place on a plate. Arrange the meat on it
