Season meat with salt. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in an ovenproof pan and fry the meat on both sides. Then cook in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 80 °C/ convection + gas: not suitable) for approx. 45 minutes.
Wash the thyme, shake dry. Pluck the leaves and chop them finely, except for a little to garnish. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the bell peppers in it while turning and add thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange meat and vegetables on a plate and add
