Minced steaks with country cabbage

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 large potatoes (about 200 g each)
  • 2 Onions
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 800 g White cabbage
  • 4-6 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS red pepper sauce
  • 1 washer Toast
  • 500 Minced beef
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for 35-40 minutes

    Peel the onions. Peel and slice the carrots. Clean the cabbage and cut the leaves from the stalk. Dice 1 onion. Heat the oil in a large pot. Steam cabbage, carrots and onion for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with 200 ml water, season with soy sauce, maple syrup and pepper sauce. Bring to the boil and braise in a closed saucepan for about 10 minutes

    In the meantime grate 1 onion finely. Dice the toast coarsely and grind it finely in the universal chopper. Knead minced meat, onion, toast, egg and ham. Season with salt and pepper. Form minced meat into steaks and fry them in portions in a grill pan coated with oil for approx. 8 minutes each, turning once.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Drain the potatoes, cut lengthwise and press lightly. Arrange vegetables, steaks, potatoes and sour cream. Sprinkle with chives
