Ingredients

  • 150 g baby potatoes
  • 100 g Leeks (leek)
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 70 g low-calorie sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1 TABLESPOON clotted cream

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Clean and wash the leek. Clean and peel carrots. Cut both into pieces. Drain potatoes, rinse with cold water and peel.

    Fry the potatoes in hot oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Add leek and carrots and fry for about 8 minutes. Cut the sausage into coarse pieces and add to the vegetables shortly before the end of the cooking time and fry with them.

    Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix sour cream and chives. Season with salt and pepper as well. Pour onto the potato pan.
