Clean and peel the carrots. Peel and wash potatoes. Quarter potatoes, cut carrots into small cubes. Clean and wash beans and cut them diagonally into pieces. Peel and finely chop onion.
Cook vegetables in boiling broth for about 15 minutes. Cut sausages into slices. Heat in the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, chop coarsely and sprinkle on top
