Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Carrot
  • 50 g Mushrooms
  • 40 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 30 g Kasseler cold cuts
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Fresh cream

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the vegetables and mushrooms. Cook pasta in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes. Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes

    Chop the cured pork. Fry with mushrooms in hot oil. Heat the crème fraîche, noodles and vegetables with 5-6 tablespoons of stock. Season to taste
