Honeydew melon and figs with cress dip

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 Honeydew melon
  • 2 Figs
  • 6 discs (approx. 30 g) Bündner Fleisch
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut the cress from the stems. Stir into the sour cream. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Remove seeds from melon and cut into slices. Cut figs into quarters. Arrange Bündner meat on the fruit.

    Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Add dip.
