  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g medium hot mustard
  • 6 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 5 TABLESPOONS apple juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry Powder

    Peel garlic and chop very finely. Stir mustard, honey, apple juice and oil until smooth. Stir in garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and 3 tsp curry.
