Ingredients

  • 200 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 200 g Mung bean seedlings
  • 250 g Sweet peas
  • 600 g Turkey escalope
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Cornstarch

Directions

    Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Meanwhile peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean and wash the bell peppers and chillies and cut into strips or rings. Rinse sprouts in a sieve and drain well. Clean, wash and halve the sugar snap peas. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.
