Ingredients

  • 10 g dried mushrooms (e.g. porcini
  • 7-10 Tbsp and mushrooms)
  • 6-8 black peppercorns
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Marjoram
  • 1/2 l Olive oil

Directions

    Put the mushrooms, peppercorns and marjoram in a bottle. Fill up with oil and leave to stand for about 2 weeks, shaking occasionally. Pour through a sieve before use and pour the mushroom oil back into the bottle
