Ingredients

  • 3 packs (à 300 g) frozen Rösti-Taler
  • 1 jar (300 g) marinated herring bites in curry cream
  • 1 jar (300 g) marinated herring fillets in marinade with sherry
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin Oranges
  • 75 g beetroot (in slices from the glass)
  • 2 small gherkins
  • several sheets Lettuce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Place the deep-frozen Rösti Taler on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for twelve to 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the herring morsels and fillets into small pieces.

    Drain the mandarins and beetroot. Cut the cucumbers into slices. Wash the salad and pluck into portion pieces. Cover half of the thalers with lettuce leaf, beetroot, herring fillet and cucumber slices.

    Garnish with chives. Cover remaining thalers with herring and mandarins. Grind pepper on top. Serve garnished with dill flags.
