Wash and slice the carambola and kumquats. Wash, peel and slice the mango from the core. Peel lychees and remove the core. Peel bananas, cut them lengthwise into quarters and halve them.
Melt the sugar in a wok until golden brown. Deglaze with orange juice and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Season with cinnamon. Fold in prepared fruit and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
