Plum sauce with ginger

Ingredients

  • 100 g dried soft plums
  • 15 g fresh ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON hulled sesame seed

Directions

    Put the plums and 75-100 ml of water into a tall mixing cup and puree. Peel ginger, grate finely and stir into the plums together with the oil. Season to taste with soy sauce and a little salt.

    Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove them immediately and let them cool down. Arrange plum sauce in a small bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
