Cut pork steak into strips. Cut broccoli into fine florets. Heat oil in a wok and fry the meat in it until golden brown. Slide to the edge and add the broccoli.
Sauté briefly and deglaze with wine and soy sauce. Mix everything, cook briefly and season to taste with Sambal Oelek, salt and pepper. Stir cornstarch in a little water until smooth and add while stirring. Sprinkle with cashew nuts
