Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber (approx. 300 g)
  • 1 collar Dill, parsley and chives
  • 1 (500 ml) Cup of kefir
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. sherry vinegar)

Directions

    Peel the cucumber, cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut it into large pieces. Wash herbs and shake dry. Pluck dill and parsley from the stalks. Chop chives coarsely

    Put cucumber, herbs and kefir in a blender and puree. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour into glasses, garnish with dill and chives and serve
