Ingredients

  • 80-100 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g double cream cream cheese, approx. 1 tablespoon milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice or mustard
  • 2 stem(s) Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch sugar, approx. 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Dice salmon very finely. Mix with cream cheese, milk, lemon juice or mustard. Wash the dill and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Fold into the cheese mixture. Season with a little salt and pepper. Chill for about 30 minutes.

    Clean and wash the lettuce and tomato. Cut tomato into quarters, remove seeds and dice finely. Whip vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Mix everything with the marinade

    Form 8 cams from the salmon mousse with 2 moistened teaspoons. Serve with the salad. Garnish with dill and possibly lemon
