Ingredients

Servings: 750
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 stem(s) Rosemary
  • 1 Stalk Oregano
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 6 Peppercorns
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 100 ml dry red wine

Directions

    Peel and slice the onion. Wash the rosemary, oregano and thyme and dab dry. Pluck rosemary roughly. Pluck oregano and thyme leaves and chop finely.

    Halve the garlic clove. Crush pepper coarsely. Mix oil and red wine. Stir in herbs, garlic, onion and pepper.
