Cut deep into the baguette bread in approx. 3 cm wide intervals. Cut herb butter into thin slices and stick them into the incisions. Put the bread on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 150 °C/ convection oven: 125 °C/ gas: stage 1) for 10-15 minutes. Break bread into pieces and serve warm.
