Cream fat, half sugar, salt and half orange peel. Stir in egg yolk and knead in flour. Cover and chill for approx. 2 hours.
Form the dough into 4 rolls (each approx. 40 cm; 2 cm Ø), cut into slices of approx. 2.5 cm thickness. Roll into 1 roll (approx. 18 cm each) and shape into a pretzel. Place on trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down
Mix 3 tablespoons of juice with the rest of the sugar. Spread the pretzels with it and sprinkle with the rest of the zest. Leave to dry
