Hearty cheese-sausage salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 small onions
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 4 Gherkins (glass)
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. white wine vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 2 TEASPOONS grainy mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • several sheets Lettuce

Directions

    Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Skin the sausage and cut into slices. Cut cucumbers into fine slices, cheese into sticks

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and mustard. Add the oil. Mix prepared salad ingredients and marinade. Leave to stand for at least 30 minutes

    Wash and pluck the parsley and chop it except for one thing. Clean, wash, shake dry and pluck the salad a little smaller. Arrange on portion plates

    Arrange the cheese-sausage salad on the salad leaves. Sprinkle with parsley and garnish. Tastes good with farmhouse bread
