Ingredients

Servings: 27
  • 1 pack of (400 g) Hazelnut dough (from the refrigerator)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Strawberry Jam
  • 150 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • baking paper

Directions

    Roll out the dough between 2 layers of foil to a plate (30x20 cm). Spread with 2 tablespoons of jam. Knead marzipan and icing sugar. Roll out to a plate of the same size and place on the dough plate. Spread with the rest of the jam.

    Form into a roll with the help of the foil. Brush it with egg yolk and roll it all around in sugar. Cut the roll into slices and distribute on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 10-12 minutes
