Ingredients

  • 1 untreated orange
  • 2 Vanilla pod
  • 2 TEASPOONS Pistachio kernels
  • 500 g clear honey

Directions

    Wash the orange, grate dry and cut off the peel spirally. Cut the spiral in half and place half of it in a honey or jam jar. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and put it in a glass each.

    Add 1 teaspoon of pistachios and fill up with honey. Seal and leave to stand for approx. 1 week.
