Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Knead flour, original sweetness, egg, almonds and vanilla pulp with your hands to a smooth dough. Form two rolls (approx. 3 cm Ø). Place the rolls on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Coat with melted fat. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175°C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 45 minutes. Immediately after baking, cut into approx. 1/2 cm thick diagonal slices. (They are very firm). Results in approx. 26 pieces
