  • 2 Protein (size M)
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Love Beads
  • baking paper

Directions

    Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until very stiff. Add sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in lemon juice as well. Pour the meringue mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Spray fir trees (approx. 8 cm high) onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with love beads. Dry in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 50 °C/ gas: level 1) for approx. 2 hours
