Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 glass (370 ml; draw-off weight 205 g) Asparagus spears (spear length under 17 cm)
  • 4 Gherkins (from the jar)
  • 8 discs cooked ham
  • 40 g Remoulade a.d. Rohr
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    Drain the asparagus and let it drain well. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise. Place 1-2 asparagus spears and one half of a cucumber on a slice of cooked ham. Sprinkle remoulade on top and roll up. Tie together with chives. Sprinkle with coarse pepper
