Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 150 g Raclette cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper

Directions

    Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Pour off, rinse with cold water and let it cool down a bit. Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Grate cheese. Put some potato wedges in a raclette pan. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper and gratinate under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted
