Soak rolls in water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Put minced meat, onion and egg in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Knead with your hands to a smooth mixture. Form small thalers. Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced thalers in it at medium heat for 8-10 minutes
