Grilled marjoram potatoes

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 collar Marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 (125 g each) Tasse de crème fraîche à l'ail
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Peel the potatoes. Cut lengthwise into thick slices. Wash the marjoram and remove the leaves. Brush potatoes with oil. Sprinkle marjoram leaves and caraway seeds on top. Grill for about 10 minutes.

    Serve with garlic crème fraîche and marjoram bouquet.
