Ingredients

  • 50 g roasted and salted peanut kernels
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS roasted sesame oil
  • 125 g young spinach (baby spinach)
  • 500 g Apricots
  • 3 packs (250 g each) Halloumi
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil for brushing
  • 6 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Chilli sauce for chicken

    Coarsely chop the peanuts. Mix lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper. Emulsify sesame oil and add peanuts. Sort the spinach, wash and drain well. Wash the apricots, dab dry and cut into slices

    Halve Halloumi horizontally and brush with olive oil. Grill on the preheated grill while turning for 6-8 minutes. Wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Mix spinach and apricots with the vinaigrette. Spread the grilled Halloumi with chilli sauce and sprinkle with coriander. Add salad
