Grill sausages with different sauces

Ingredients

  • 1 kg mixed grilled sausages (e.g. Thuringian bratwurst, Nuremberg bratwurst)
  • 1/4 l Milk for pickling
  • 150 g colourful peppers
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 60 g black olives without stone
  • 4 TABLESPOONS spicy mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chive rolls
  • 150 pickled pumpkin (from the glass)
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Horseradish (from the jar)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 1 TABLESPOON dried pink berries

Directions

    Rinse the sausages in cold water and pat them dry. Put them in a flat bowl and pour the milk over them. Turn over in between. Clean and wash the peppers. Peel garlic.

    Chop the peppers, garlic and olives finely. Mix with mustard and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle chive rolls over it. Drain pumpkin well and cut into cubes. Wash the chillies, carve lengthwise and remove seeds. Cut chilli into rings. Mix pumpkin, chili, horseradish and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle with pink berries.
