Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 600 g Minced beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 12 Peperonis (from the jar)
  • 12 small bay leaves
  • 3 packs (200 g each) Feta cheese
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 potty Thyme
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 2 red and green chillies
  • 7-10 Tbsp red chilli and thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and 1 garlic clove. Knead minced meat, onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Form 12 oval dumplings from the minced meat mixture. Put the minced dumplings with the pepperoni and bay leaves on the wooden skewers.

    Grill the skewers on the barbecue for about 15 minutes. Cut the cheese pieces in half and put each one on a piece of aluminium foil. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash and finely chop the thyme. Spread the chunky tomatoes and thyme on the cheese and close the cheese packs. Grill on the barbecue for about 15 minutes. Mix tomatoes and tomato paste. Peel and finely chop the remaining garlic. Wash the chilli, cut open and remove the seeds. Cut the pods into rings.
