Green and white spaghetti with turkey filet and tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Turkey breast fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp in one piece
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g green and white spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 6 black and green olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Heat the oil. Brown the meat all around.

    Add onion, garlic and mushrooms, fry for another 3 minutes while turning. Deglaze with tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Add olives briefly to the sauce. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce. Garnish with parsley
