Greek minced meat pizza

Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 (7 g) bag of dry yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON dried Italian herbs
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 bunch fresh thyme (alternatively 1 teaspoon separated thyme)
  • 200 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g strained tomatoes
  • 150 g Courgette
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 50 g Canned vegetable maize
  • 200 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

    Preparation: For the dough mix flour, yeast, 1/4 teaspoon salt and herbs in a mixing bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of oil and 125 ml of lukewarm water and work everything through with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then knead with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. In the meantime peel onion and garlic. Finely dice the onion and chop the garlic.

    Wash the thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves, except for something to garnish. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Finally add onion, garlic and thyme and fry briefly. Stir in tomato paste and season with salt and pepper. Add strained tomatoes, bring to the boil and let it boil down for about 5 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper. Let cool down a little bit. Wash zucchini and tomatoes, dab dry and cut both into slices. Drain the corn. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Knead the yeast dough again briefly, roll out to a circle (28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place in a greased pizza mould. Spread the chopped mass, tomatoes and zucchini on the pizza and sprinkle with corn and feta cheese.

    Let cool down a little bit. Wash zucchini and tomatoes, dab dry and cut both into slices. Drain the corn. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Knead the yeast dough again briefly, roll out to a circle (28 cm Ø) on a floured work surface and place in a greased pizza mould. Spread the chopped mass, tomatoes and zucchini on the pizza and sprinkle with corn and feta cheese. Bake in the preheated oven, 2 rails from below (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 25 minutes. Serve garnished with thyme
