  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 200 g granular cream cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Hazelnuts and pistachios
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

    Cut the grapefruit deep into a jagged shape all around, remove the lid. Fillets are best removed with a grapefruit spoon. Chop hazelnuts and pistachios. Mix cream cheese, honey, half of the fillets and chopped nuts. Fill into the grapefruit. Spread the remaining fillets and nuts on top. Serve garnished with mint
