Grape-Melon Snow

Ingredients

  • 150 ml light grape juice
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 kg Watermelon
  • 4 Lemon slices (peel untreated)

Directions

    Boil up grape juice, sugar, honey and lemon juice. Then let it almost cool down

    Cut off 4 thin slices from the melon. Cover and set aside. Remove the rest of the flesh from the skin and cut into small pieces. Remove seeds if necessary. Mix the fruit flesh with the juice mixture in a bowl and puree

    Fill the fruit puree into a metal bowl and let it freeze for about 4 hours, stirring vigorously several times with a whisk or cutting stick

    Take the melon snow out of the freezer about 30 minutes before serving and put it in the fridge. Arrange and decorate with melon wedges and possibly lemon slices
