  • 250 gr.butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 350 gr.flour
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 Vanilla sugar
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1 Kilos. Apples

Directions

    Mix butter with sugar, eggs and vanilla, add flour and baking powder, peel apples, remove seeds and cut into cubes and add to the dough. Put everything on a greased baking tray and bake at 200 degrees for 30 min. sprinkle with icing sugar.
