Gourmet slices with ham

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 350 g small mushrooms
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2-3 stem(s) fresh or 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 125 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 package (100 g) Diced ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Gouda
  • baking paper

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Fry spring onions and mushrooms in hot oil for about 3 minutes. Take out, drain if necessary

    Wash the oregano and, except for one thing, chop it. Mix crème fraiche, spring onions, mushrooms and ham. Season with pepper and oregano

    Take the dough pieces apart, roll out oval (approx. 12 cm long) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the ham and mushroom mixture on top. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 12 minutes. Garnish with remaining oregano

    Drink: cool white wine
