  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 discs Rusk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cottage cheese (3,9 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Cover rusk with cottage cheese and about 1/3 of the tomatoes. Add the rest of the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with basil.
