Ingredients

  • 80 g cleaned cucumber and tomato
  • 1 (30 g) gesch. Onion
  • 3 cleaned salad leaves
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) light salad cream
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 (75 g) Wholemeal roll
  • 80 g Turkey breast cold cuts

Directions

    Chop the vegetables, onion and salad. Mix yoghurt, salad cream and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, curry and thyme

    Cut the rolls open and fill them with the prepared ingredients and turkey breast
