Tomato-Celery-Drink with Chili, Linseed & Cress

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1⁄2 Celery stalks (approx. 250 g)
  • 800 ml Tomato juice
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Chili Flakes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1⁄2 Bed of cress
  • 4 TSP Linseed

Directions

    Clean the celery, remove the threads. Wash the celery, drain and slice. Pour into the blender jug of a food processor or a blender jug. Add tomato juice and chili flakes and puree everything finely.

    Season the drink with salt and pepper. Cut off the cress. Pour drink into glasses and arrange with cress and linseed.
