Baked potatoes with quark

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Potatoes (200 g each)
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 400 g Low-fat curd
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 50 g Smoked salmon in slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes, wrap in aluminium foil and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for approx. 50 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them diagonally into rings. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop except for a little bit for garnishing. Mix quark, yoghurt, salt, pepper and spring onion rings.

    Cut salmon into thin strips. Roll out potatoes, cut them crosswise. Fill with cottage cheese and salmon and place on a plate. Garnish with dill and salad to taste
