Gnocchi in seasoned cream with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 8 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 300 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 800 g fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Boil up approx. 1 1⁄2 l salted water. Peel and finely dice the onion. Fry bacon crisply in a pan without fat. Take out and drain on kitchen paper. Fry onion in bacon fat until translucent.

    Deglaze with cream, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Stir in mustard, bring to the boil briefly.

    Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and let drain well.

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in gnocchi and chives and heat up briefly. Serve everything.
