Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2 packs (à 500 g) Baking mix "brown gingerbread"
  • 50 g soft butter or margarine
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 Protein (size M)
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Food colouring
  • 7-10 Tbsp small breakfast bags
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful sugar pearls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. 1

Put the baking mix, soft fat, eggs and 1/4 litre water into a mixing bowl. Mix to a smooth dough with the whisk of the hand mixer. Grease the fat pan of the oven and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

Add the dough and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Let the gingerbread cool down on the baking tray. In the meantime make a 30-32 cm stencil for the fir tree.

  3. 3

Place on the cooled cake, cut out and lift from the tray. Cut small parcels from the sections. For the icing, beat the egg white and 1 tablespoon of water until stiff. Stir in icing sugar and paint the icing as contours and snowy branches on the fir tree.

  4. 4

Divide the rest of the casting into 4 parts and colour with food colouring red, yellow, green and blue. Fill into breakfast bags and cut off a small corner each. Sprinkle packets with colourful ribbons and decorate with sugar pearls.
