Holiday trifle with raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Fresh cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Gewürz-Spekulatius
  • 1 kg frozen raspberries
  • 30 g Meringue

Directions

    Whip the crème fraîche, sugar and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Crumble the biscuits. Fill half each of raspberries, biscuits and crème fraiche into a flat glass bowl. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients

    Chill the trifle and let it steep for at least 3 hours. Coarsely crumble the meringue and sprinkle over the trifle just before serving
