Ingredients

Servings: 60
  • 300 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 200 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp 5 fruit candies of each colour (yellow, red, orange, pink)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, 1 tablespoon of water and butter in pieces. Knead first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for approx. 45 minutes

  2. 2

Roll out the dough 2-3 mm thinly on a work surface dusted with flour. Using a template (approx. 6 cm Ø), cut out approx. 60 cookies, knead the dough again and again, roll out the same way and cut out cookies. 3. make a hole in the biscuits with a small punched spout to hang them up and cut out circles and stars with cutters as desired. Place 1/3 of the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 12 minutes

  3. 3

In the meantime, unpack the sweets and shred each colour separately in the universal shredder. Take the cookies out of the oven, fill the holes, except for the hole for hanging up, with the chopped candies as desired. Bake the biscuits again at the same temperature for about 4 minutes. Take them out, let them cool down for about 5 minutes, pull them off the baking tray together with the baking paper and let them cool down. Bake the remaining cookies in the same way, fill them with chopped candy and let them cool down.
