Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Italian white beans
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Carrot
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) Perennial celery
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caper apples

Directions

    Pour the beans into a sieve, rinse and drain. Peel, wash and cut the carrot into pieces. Clean, wash and cut the celery into pieces. Blanch the carrot and celery in boiling salted water, drain and drain. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Clean, wash and drain romaine lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion.

    Wash and chop parsley. Season vinegar with salt and gradually add oil. Stir in onion and parsley. Put the beans, carrot, celery, tomatoes and romaine lettuce in a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Mix well. Garnish with caper apple
