Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 1 Pot of chervil
  • 1 small onion
  • 250 g Fresh cream
  • 500 g creamy milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the herbs and shake dry. Chop parsley and chervil, cut chives into small rolls. Put 1 tablespoon of herbs aside. Peel onion and chop finely. Mix crème fraîche, yoghurt, herbs and diced onion, season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a small bowl and sprinkle with remaining herbs
