Ingredients

  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 4 Chicken legs (approx. 200 g each)
  • 8 Chicken wings (à approx. 60 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Branch rosemary
  • 5 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Cut chicken legs in half. Wash legs and wings and pat dry. Rub with salt and cayenne pepper and place on an oiled fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-35 minutes.

    Drain potatoes and rinse with cold water. Cut in half lengthwise. Grate cheese finely. Mix crème fraîche and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pluck the herbs from the stems, except for a little bit for garnishing. Put the potato halves into a flat casserole dish, spread the cheese cream over them and sprinkle with herbs. Drizzle olive oil over it. Remove chicken pieces from the oven. Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) until the cheese has melted.
