  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and chives
  • 75 g Herb quark (0,3 % fat)
  • 3 discs (10 g each) Salmon ham (without fat edge)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Wash the herbs, shake dry, chop finely and stir into the quark. Drain and peel the potatoes. Arrange potatoes, quark and salmon ham on a plate. Garnish with parsley
